Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary
Guiding financial strategy in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Finance Manager - Deal Desk will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to evaluate trade-offs, develop strategic forecasting for complex deals, and transform financial data into actionable insights, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape growth strategy and evaluate financial trade-offs
- Develop and maintain strategic forecasting models for complex financial deals
- Analyze financial data to provide clear insights that balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in transactional finance, including corporate development or deal desk roles
- Strong skills in financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics
- Experience in the health care industry or relevant consulting experience
