Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, oversee accounting operations, and build financial infrastructure while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes to provide actionable financial insights for executive decision-making
• Build and maintain scalable financial models and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility into company performance and growth trends
• Oversee core finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Active CPA certification is strongly preferred
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance with leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
