Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing key financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while supervising a team of FP&A Analysts in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports for management and the Board of Directors to assist in evaluating business performance
• Develop budgets and forecasts, as well as create complex financial models and ad hoc analyses
• Supervise a team of FP&A Analysts, providing coaching, performance management, and ensuring accuracy in deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex budgeting and forecasting processes for organizations with annual revenues over $200 million
• 1-2 years of direct supervisory or mentorship experience of junior staff
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong financial modeling skills supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
