Senior Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance & Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance SaaS metrics and dashboards, including ARR waterfall and retention cohorts
• Conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and support audit preparations
• Streamline operations processes and document standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years in high-growth B2B SaaS FP&A/BizOps with ownership of ARR waterfall and retention analytics
• Fluency in SaaS definitions and ability to teach them to non-finance peers
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets/SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with BI or FP&A tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Proven ability to build processes that automate reports or redesign workflows for efficiency
