Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support planning and forecasting processes, including annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts
Deliver financial and operational analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Drive continuous process improvement in financial workflows and reporting systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, including forecasting and budgeting
Experience in cross-functional business partnership, ideally supporting Sales or operational organizations
Proficiency with financial and reporting tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or Power BI
Revenue recognition experience is highly desirable
