Senior Finance Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the East Region program managers, the full-time Senior Finance Operations Analyst will serve as a trusted finance partner, delivering client and program financial analysis, managing program data, and conducting forecasting and variance analysis in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with program managers to analyze labor costs and program budgets
- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting and variance analysis against budgets
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Business/Finance to address inquiries and research issues
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP/financial systems or budgeting and forecasting tools is preferred but not required
