Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core financial systems and improve integration for scalability
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses
• Serve as the point person for tax and compliance matters, coordinating with external accountants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; CPA or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years in finance operations or accounting, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
• Understanding of software business finance, including subscription billing and multi-state operations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting ERP systems
• Proven ability to lead projects and improve processes in a dynamic environment
