Senior Finance Project Manager

Job Summary

To support various accounting and finance systems initiatives, the full-time Senior Finance Systems Project Manager will manage high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and accuracy while working closely with business leaders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage high-impact projects and serve as a program leader across multiple related initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones while identifying risks and dependencies
• Coordinate training and process mapping sessions to support change initiatives and foster collaboration between teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management with a proven track record of managing complex projects
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, or finance
• Experience facilitating meetings and workshops, along with proven change management skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments
