Senior Finance & Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To provide CFO-level financial partnership, the full-time Senior Finance & Strategy Manager will oversee the financial health of major functional areas, collaborate with C-level executives, and lead a team of finance professionals in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the primary finance partner to C-level executives on resource allocation and long-term planning
• Drive the vision for Finance partnerships by implementing new analytical frameworks and operational improvements
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, with leadership experience in high-growth technology companies
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of coaching finance professionals
• Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to C-level executives, influencing company-level strategy and investment decisions
• Proven ability to build and present complex financial models that inform executive decision-making
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
