Senior Finance System Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Finance System Analyst will serve as a Workday Financial Systems expert, focusing on supporting and improving finance-related modules, configuring the system, managing updates, and providing training to users while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core Financials and related modules, collaborating with finance and technical teams
• Develop and implement best practices for Workday system use, including workflows and reporting capabilities
• Manage Workday semi-annual releases and updates, while facilitating change management processes and addressing system performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Workday Finance development, configuration, or related support
• Expertise in at least 5 Workday Finance modules such as Core Financials, Budget, and Expenses
• Healthcare Finance functional experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding of Finance operations and experience in Finance data management and reporting
