Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Remote: U.S.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the Finance Systems & Analytics Roadmap to enhance digital transformation and operational efficiency
• Administer and improve the Adaptive Planning system, including user management and forecasting models
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and standardization of planning/reporting processes across finance systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of experience in finance or financial systems implementation
• 1+ year of Workday Adaptive Planning system support experience required
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of FP&A and accounting processes
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
