Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Finance Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials, leading design, configuration, and optimization efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of complex business processes in Workday Financials, ensuring alignment with financial controls and ERP capabilities
• Manage full testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes
• Translate business needs into detailed configuration specifications and maintain high-quality documentation for governance and audit purposes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience
• Demonstrated experience in configuring Workday business processes and developing advanced reports
• Experience leading enhancements, requirement gathering, and user acceptance testing cycles
• Familiarity with additional finance systems and participation in system upgrades or new deployments
