Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for finance process automation and system improvements
• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects including system implementations and AI/ML applications
• Act as a senior subject matter expert on finance operations and drive a culture of quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance transformation or senior-level financial operations
• Minimum 3-5+ years of formal leadership and team management experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale finance projects from inception to completion
• Deep expertise in finance and accounting processes and supporting technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
