Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Driving global Finance transformation initiatives, the remote Senior Finance Transformation Manager will lead complex programs, optimize processes, and implement new technologies to enhance Finance operations and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Finance transformation programs from strategy through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and implement future-state Finance operating models while driving standardization and continuous improvement across processes
• Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Finance transformation or management consulting initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, global transformation programs across multiple business functions
• Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Deep understanding of Finance operations and end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R) and Source-to-Pay (S2P)
