Senior Financial Administrator

Job Summary

To support a mission-critical data and analytics program, the full-time Senior Financial Administrator will manage project financials, implement financial policies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of capabilities across multiple DoD organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on project financials to ensure alignment with project goals
• Implement financial policies and procedures to support project objectives and compliance
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and prepare financial reports for management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs)
• Strong understanding of financial policies and procedures in a project environment
• Experience with program life-cycle activities, including invoicing support and cost management
