Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Solutions Advisor who will be responsible for consultative sales and designing outsourced financial leadership solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to assess financial maturity and operational gaps
• Design customized financial solutions and manage the full sales cycle
• Convert opportunities into consultative sales engagements and collaborate on growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (CFO, Controller, VP of Finance)
• Deep understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Experience supporting small to mid-market businesses; multi-entity experience is a plus
• Prior experience in advisory, consulting, or complex solution selling preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles
