Senior Financial Aid Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Aid Specialist - Technology Adoption & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all systems and technology utilized within the Financial Aid department
• Partner cross-functionally to support the design, implementation, and optimization of systems and technology solutions
• Drive system adoption and engagement by developing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting technology systems, training, or project management
• Experience in developing training resources related to technology systems
• Familiarity with system testing and user acceptance testing activities
• Ability to maintain expertise in relevant systems and emerging technologies
