Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and planning support to the corporate team
• Support the system-wide operating and capital planning process, including forecasting and variance reporting
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and tools for various analyses and reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or healthcare operations
• Strong financial analysis and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with financial planning systems and data integrity management
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members and collaborate with various stakeholders
