• Publish monthly financial results and automate reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Create materials for internal and external reporting and support the annual budget process
• Analyze data related to revenue, marketing, and operations to generate reports and financial models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
• Healthcare background and experience in a fast-growing private equity backed portfolio company
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and ERP systems
