Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage monthly and quarterly reporting processes, assist in preparing annual operating plans, and analyze P&L performance, all while working remotely from eligible states.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close reporting processes, including variance reporting and executive-level materials
• Prepare weekly sales reporting and analyze results against budget and forecasts for senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Proven ability to manage large data sets and perform ad hoc analysis
