Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (FY24).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage revenue forecast and reporting for the recruiting business unit
Handle monthly forecasting for headcount, department expenses, and company software spend
Analyze large datasets, track key business metrics, and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
3-5 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, modeling, or finance business partner experience
Advanced Excel skills required; experience in Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
Passionate about technology and analytically driven decision making
Experience with planning software such as Adaptive Planning
