Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to manage financial analytics, budgets, and forecasts while communicating with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial data, conduct variance analysis, and present financial results to senior management
• Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business unit owners
• Manage sales compensation plans, commission payments, and provide KPI analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience required, with payments experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with lookups and pivot tables
• Financial statement reporting experience
• Experience with NetSuite (cloud-based accounting application) is a plus
