Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, execute, and maintain complex productivity-based physician compensation models
• Manage and develop Excel-based workbooks and Access databases for analyzing healthcare data
• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards summarizing financial performance and compensation outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional financial analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management or physician compensation
• Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic modeling with pivot tables and macros
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, including database design and query writing
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and physician compensation frameworks
