Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and analyze revenue and cost drivers
• Support decision-making across various departments by providing financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; familiarity with ERP/FP&A tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to clarify complex data
• Experience working cross-functionally and engaging with senior leaders
• Familiarity with healthcare metrics or reimbursement models is a plus
