Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping business strategy through financial analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to influence business strategies
• Conduct thorough P&L analysis and lead the preparation of monthly financial reports for executive leadership
• Serve as the finance lead for special projects, identifying opportunities for financial optimization and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A functions
• Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
• High level of accuracy in reporting and a proactive mindset for process improvement
• Deep understanding of income statements and financial drivers affecting business performance
