Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with financial and business analysis related to forecasting, reporting, and planning
Support financial planning activities, including revenue projections and quarterly forecasts
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in acquisition due diligence and integration

Required Qualifications

3+ years of progressive FP&A experience
Experience in the global software/SaaS industry
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, or completion of an MBA
Experience with annual planning or budget cycles
M&A experience, including post-acquisition integration, is a plus
