Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis
• Develop the annual budget, monitor billing activity, and track revenue and expense variances
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business plans and present financial information in physician meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of financial analysis experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with federal and state laws related to healthcare
• Advanced skills in financial analysis and using data analysis tools
