Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Remote - United States).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze profitability of major product lines and develop reports to support financial operations
• Assist the Financial Reporting team with monthly close processes and maintain operational reports
• Support the development of financial projections and plans, including those for potential acquisitions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Master's degree and/or CPA certification preferred
• 8-10 years of financial/insurance experience required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, and Workiva preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, GAAP, and statutory accounting is essential
