Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budgeting processes while analyzing financial statements and reports
• Develop financial models and conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, CFA) is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools like Workday and Tableau
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
