Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial processes and ensure compliance with policies and donor obligations
• Develop and maintain documentation of financial systems and deliver training on compliance procedures
• Support program teams in developing donor proposal budgets and monitor significant variances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Five to seven years of experience in financial analysis and/or management
• Excellent data analysis and budget monitoring skills
• Extensive experience with donor financial compliance and contract requirements
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
