Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed forecast analysis and manage annual budget planning for a large real estate portfolio
Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including the development of efficient reporting strategies
Analyze performance data to forecast trends and assist in cost-savings initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
Strong advanced accounting and MS Excel skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience with computer-based accounting applications; familiarity with JD Edwards is a plus
Demonstrated initiative and independence in a fast-paced team environment
