Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their budget planning, forecasting, and spend management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining department-level budgets and company-wide forecasts
• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A with emphasis on budget management
• Expert level Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP systems
• Proven ability to deliver change and improve processes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
