Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Physician Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly physician and advanced practice provider compensation reconciliations and accruals
• Develop and maintain compensation analytics for management and finance leaders
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Medical Group Administration to ensure accurate payments and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant financial analyst experience
• Strong analytical experience leveraging Microsoft tools
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to physician arrangements
