Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local management team's strategic and operational initiatives to control costs and expenses
• Serve as a key resource to the Senior Director of Finance in overseeing local financial operations
• Prepare monthly financial analyses to inform executive decision-making and perform routine and ad hoc analyses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care finance, claims analytics, and reporting
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, with experience in Workday/Adaptive being a plus
• Knowledge of claims processes, payment methodologies, and health plan regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or health care administration
