Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for operational expenses in a business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making related to headcount and SG&A
• Manage annual planning processes, including budget creation and data reconciliation
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and assist with ad-hoc analytics and projects

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of FP&A experience with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics tools
• Experience with FP&A systems such as JDE, Hyperion, and Oracle EPM
• Experience in generating management reports and SG&A budgeting/forecasting
