Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and capital planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for cash forecasting and treasury management
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
• Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
