Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for the Plasma & Biologics product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and forecasting activities, including management reports and variance analysis
• Develop the annual budget and long-term financial plans
• Collaborate with partners to understand market dynamics and build financial models

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, financial analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools
