Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and communicate insights to leadership
• Support the month-end close process and provide variance analysis
• Build financial models and track key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Economics
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech company, preferably SaaS/cloud
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling or SQL is a plus
