Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support its financial strategy and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics and reporting to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Create financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability across service lines
• Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools
