Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the expense forecasting model and process, integrating operational data to enhance accuracy
• Serve as a financial business partner to department heads, reviewing financial results and collaborating on future spending plans
• Analyze and report on cost performance, preparing monthly and quarterly expense analyses for leadership and ensuring accuracy

Qualifications and Competencies

• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for building and maintaining complex financial models; familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Vena, Sage Intacct, or SalesForce is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions
