Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Accounting and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting to provide stakeholders with visibility into company performance and expense management
• Own forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections in collaboration with department leads
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance, identifying key trends, variances, and business drivers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business strategy, or strategic planning
• Advanced skill in developing and maintaining 3-statement models and dynamic cost models
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven track record of leading financial reporting and forecasting
