Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis under the supervision of Finance leadership
• Engage with internal customers across various departments to support financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Three years of experience in healthcare finance or a related field
• MBA, CPA, CHFP designation, or equivalent is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
• Ability to analyze financial transactions and interpret variances and trends
