Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making for the Illinois Medicaid health plan
• Conduct variance and trend analysis, and assist in the forecasting process by preparing financial models
• Identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in financial data analysis and decision support
• Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• Preferred knowledge of SQL/SAS and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
