Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with four or more years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing annual budgets, conducting variance analysis, and preparing forecasts
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and Power BI
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
