Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Pricing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic meetings and oversee workload distribution for optimal project execution
• Create and maintain training initiatives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for team clarity and compliance
• Generate ad hoc reports and provide insights to support decision-making and drive organizational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of pharmacy financial analyses experience
• 4-5+ years of experience at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager
• Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven relationship-building abilities
