Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Compensation and Clinical Revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze monthly financials, budget variances, and prepare reports for leadership
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and coding teams to track clinical revenue trends and issues
• Assist in the preparation of the department's annual budget and quarterly forecasts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage clinical FTE calculations and provider activity reporting
• Experience with financial forecasting models and simulations
