Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration's financial management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze budget and financial data, including tracking multi-million-dollar Facilities and Equipment funds
• Perform financial analysis and generate reports, including executing queries and interpreting Funds Control Module reports
• Produce financial status reports and communicate results to various stakeholders, including program managers and analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 8-12 years of experience or a Master's with 6-10 years of experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables
• Experience with accounting software in a government funds accounting environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance
