Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analysis Senior Consultant - Finance and Executive Decision Support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a financial analyst partner to HR & Finance leaders, providing insights on corporate HR programs
Monitor expense trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions
Develop financial narratives and present insights clearly to executive audiences

Required Qualifications

5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in HR Finance or workforce analytics
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday, SAP, or Power BI preferred
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a visible role
Experience in building executive-level presentations and storytelling from complex data
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with comfort in navigating ambiguity
