Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
• Prepare financial reports and narratives that highlight key performance indicators and insights
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and monitor financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (master's degree or CPA is a plus)
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is highly preferred
