Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the renewal forecasting process and validate forecast models for churn and retention outcomes
• Analyze retention metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders, managing updates and reviews
• Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of retention performance and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models
• Expertise in financial modeling and data manipulation
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and communicating complex concepts effectively
